Stéla – DAN.CIN.LAB (Francia), BelleVille – ATHENS VIDEO DANCE PROJECT (Grecia), COORPI (Italia), MALAKTA Films (Finlandia), e TANZRAUSHEN e V. (Germania) sono felici ed orgogliosi di comunicare che la EACEA – Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency ha selezionato il progetto di cooperazione mAPs quale beneficiario del programma EUROPA CREATIVA – sostegno ai progetti di cooperazione europea 2019 – Piccola Scala.

mAPs è un progetto tramsmediale di cooperazione fra cinque paesi europei che mira a sostenere e guidare artisti professionisti nella produzione, promozione e distribuzione di progetti di videodanza incentrati su tematiche di stringente rilevanza sociale ed attualità, con una forte impronta etica, coinvolgendo direttamente le comunità di riferimento all’interno dell’intero percorso creativo e di sviluppo del progetto.

La prima edizione di mAPs si concentrerà sul tema del Potere in Europa.

Una call for proposal sarà lanciata nel prossimo mese di ottobre 2019 e tutti i 5 partner di mAPs parteciperanno a d uno speciale focus sul progetto – la sua vision, i valori condivisi, gli obiettivi e le sfide future – all’interno dello Screen dance Market at dancescreen 2019 + Tanzrauschen Festival Wuppertal (Germania), da 21 al 24 novembre 2019 a Wuppertal.

Stéla – DAN.CIN.LAB (France), BelleVille – ATHENS VIDEO DANCE PROJECT (Greece), COORPI (Italy), MALAKTA Films (Finland), and TANZRAUSCHEN and V. (Germany) are happy and proud to announce that the EACEA – Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency has selected the mAPs cooperation project as a beneficiary of the EUROPA CREATIVA programme – support for European cooperation projects 2019 – Piccola Scala.

mAPs is a multimedia project of cooperation between five European countries that aims to support and guide professional artists in the production, promotion and distribution of video dance projects focused on issues of compelling social relevance and current events, with a strong ethical imprint, directly involving the communities of reference within the entire creative path and development of the project.

The first edition of mAPs will focus on the theme of Power in Europe.

A call for proposal will be launched in October 2019 and all 5 mAPs partners will participate in a special focus on the project – its vision, shared values, objectives and future challenges – within the Screen dance Market at dancescreen 2019 + Tanzrauschen Festival Wuppertal (Germany), from 21 to 24 November 2019 in Wuppertal.

The mAPs team would especially like to thank Pierre Brini from Le Laba and Franck-Olivier Schmitt from Sylk for their valuable advice during the project applicationinfo on mAPs.
